Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
• I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Future bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
